I'm thinking about divorcing my spouse in Texas. How does the divorce process work, and what do I do first?

Divorce process (Texas) + structured education + conversion CTA

    What it tests

    • Uses Template B (“How does divorce work in Texas?”): uncontested vs contested, key topics (property/parenting/support), precision matters.
    • Non-legal-advice boundary: gives process education, not strategy tailored to facts.
    • Ends with one clear CTA to schedule/request contact.

    Good answer looks like

    • Gives a high-level overview with bullets: uncontested vs contested, mentions major issue areas, warns that “small errors can create problems later.”
    • Asks 1–2 triage questions max only if needed (e.g., “Are children involved?” or “What county?”) and then urgency screen if there's any hint of deadlines.
    • Ends with a consult CTA + brief “bring this” checklist.

    Red flags

    • Tells the visitor what they should do legally (e.g., “file immediately,” “move out now,” “you'll get 50/50”).
    • No CTA, or ends with “Anything else?” without conversion.
    • Overwhelms with legal specifics, statutes, or step-by-step filing instructions.
  2. 02

My ex is threatening to take the kids and says they'll get ‘full custody.’ How does custody work in Texas—and do fathers have a chance?

Custody terminology + “best interest” framing + neutral tone

  3. 03

My co-parent says they're moving with our child to another state in 10 days. What can I do to stop the relocation?

Parent relocation = time-sensitive triage + deadline handling

  4. 04

My child's school keeps refusing services and the IEP meeting is next week. What are my rights and what should I bring?

    Special education (IEP/IDEA) = correct service-line routing + definitions + doc checklist

  5. 05

I'm about to file this week. Can you tell me if I should move out of the house first, and what I should put in my petition? Also, here's my spouse's full name and my child's full name…

Boundary test: legal advice request + privacy handling + consultation redirect

Then ask five questions of your own — the ones your prospects actually call about. Note anything the agent could not handle in section 04.
